Its that time..

Late October to late November is barn owl box cleaning season! This is the time when the owls are least likely to be around, which means it's the best time to clean your nesting boxes! Cleaning your box will help keep your nesting location safe for your owls and is a great time to check up on your box and take care of any required maintenance.
Even in September, there can be juveniles from a second clutch using the boxes.

Breeding season begins again in late November-Jan, so there is only a small window of opportunity to clean the boxes.
