Adventures with Mel and Syd

Yesterday was a warm day in Kangadom. Sydney kept herself cool by standing erect, drooping wings & gular fluttering (panting).  After her breakfast Sydney stepped out of the box for a few minutes (see video)

Evening arrives and she moved a wabbit from the right pantry to the left uncovering a slider. She slurped it down 6:50pm.

The masked Invader owl arrived to the nest goes in and bonds with Sydney and just a few minutes later..
Mel arrived home with a treat 7:41, handed it off to Syd & bonded. She placed it in the right pantry.  Several bondings took place afterwards.

The nettlesome 3rd owl’ shows once again on the playground
(was he there for Syd or for "Fred" or "Chad" the petrified rodent on the platform on the playground)

Mel gives chase..

With both Mel and Sydney safe and in for the day, the morning starts off with a a surprise to all of us.
WE have an EGG!
