Early evening after sunset, screeches in the distance and many flybys and one owl’s jump (unknown) on the playground but no on camera views.
Syd was making all sorts of noise up in those palm leaves and we all just waited to see if Mel would answer Sydney’s calls and would show up.
The weather was warm - frogs croaking and the bugz buzzing were the most us chatters heard for the rest of the night.
