The Visit

Tonight we all had a wonderful surprise , we noticed a slight wobble on the pole but his arrival was totally silent - then he appeared on the playground a visit from we all believed to be Dinky visiting old stomping grounds, up on the playground , over to the cam box. Hop to the roof a peek in the door , and back to his fav spot of the back porch . The visit lasted  only about 10 mins. We loved to see an old friend and looking so grown up. What a great night for all us Owl lovers going through the empty nest syndrome.
Trivia A : Many species will bob and weave their head, as if curious about something - this is in fact to further improve their three-dimensional concept of what they are viewing.
