Finally at 7:20pm, Adi managed to finish off the narly looking flat Stanley mangled gopher.
Mel getting a late start, delivered the 1st treat 11:40pm a gopher to Adelaide via “fling & fly”
& returned 8 minutes later with a 2nd treat another gopher for Hunter.
but Adi stole it – gulp gone earning her the affectionate name of “Little Miss Piggy”.
When Sydney dropped off the 3rd treat 1:56am,Hunter was ready. He snatched it – then eventually ate it. The 4th treat 2:36am surprised everyone. It was a small whole opossum. We enjoyed watching them steal it from each other & try to unzip it.
Once they tired out, it was placed in the pantry & sat on for a few hours. Finally at 5:48am, Hunter figured it out & positioned it properly head first then several gulps gone. We are so proud of him.
