Adventures with Mel and Syd

We are at day 31 since our egg laying began and still await our first hatch. Some have seen pips while others have heard peeps.

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY REPORT (ODR): 2 treats to Sydney:
1st - a mouse slider 11:33pm slurp all gone (see video below) & 2nd - a gopher 5:15am (currently in pantry)

Sydney reached into the right pantry 3:10am retrieving the ROUS from the previous night finishing it 3:12.

Mel arrived with a gopher 5:15am. With a full belly, Syd placed the 2nd treat in the pantry.

 An owl (Henry or Mel ?) landed on the roof stack 5:33. Syd instantaneously gave chase. We held our breath especially after hearing the screeches that followed.
She returned 5:43 putting our minds at ease.
